Hello, I'm Kuro, better known online as Kuro2427, and I'm the webmaster of Kuro's room if you can believe it!

I am a 20 year old guy, my pronouns are he/him, and I identify as gay. For a good while I also thought I was asexual, and then aegosexual, but right now I think just straight up gay might be the label that best suits me.

I am unfortunately (/j) also a furry and have been a member of the community for over 10 years, though I change fursonas about as often as I redesign my websites.

Speaking of unfortunately, I am currently located in Brazil, and thus can speak both English and Portuguese fluently and have done casual translation work both ways.

As you may have already been able to tell by now, I've always been very fond of retro technology. Earlier on it was mostly the usual console suspects, but as of late I've started dabbling more into retro computing, possibly fueled by me falling in love with the point and click adventure game genre - though that's neither here nor there.

• I learned English by myself through videogames because when I was a kid games didn't get any sort of Portuguese localization, at all.
• My first console was a PS2 which I got circa 2010.
• I made a font!
• My favourite colours are green, purple and red.
• My favourite Pokémon are Chesnaught, Simisage, Zangoose, Aggron, Buizel, Torracat, Gligar and Smeargle.
• I named myself Kuro after a character from Doko Demo Issyo.
• The 2427 part has no real meaning, I just arbitrarily chose those numbers when the username Kuro was taken on literally every website.
• My favourite philosopher is Albert Camus.
• I actively pay for YouTube Premium because I can't stand ads.
• I got into web design because of a Justin Whang video.
• When I was like 9 I broke a glass table because I leaned into it with too much force while watching The Lego Movie.
