Q: What's with the weird name?

A: This page is called oekakish because it's not quite an oekaki!

Q: Why is the canvas so small?

To both save on bandwidth and also because I just plain like the more pixelated look 256x256 has compared to 512x512. It's worth noting, though, that this page is set up so if you zoom in the canvas should remain pixelated.
